How do you get started? You can email us directly, but completing the request form with as much detail as possible is the best way to get the ball rolling. We will contact you with availability plus all the other important info. Once you have decided to move forward, we will get your consultation booked!

When do you pay us? To book your bar, we require a nonrefundable 25% deposit. Your remaining balance will need to be paid in full at least 2 weeks before you event.

Can you add on to your rental once the booking is confirmed? Yes - most requests can be accommodated within a week of your event - keep in mind big items (like an additional bar) could already be booked for another event. Any add ons will have to be paid in full at the time of approval.

Can I have both beer and wine taps on the same bar? Yes! With the exception of the beer wall, all our taps include hook ups for multiple types of beverages - beer, seltzers, cider, wine, or rosé.

How do I know if I need another bartender? The general rule is one bartender to every 75 guests. Good news is most of our bar rentals come with 2 bartenders already. If your guest count warrants another bartender, we can provide one!

What if a tap malfunctions during the event? Never fear - our bartenders are all versed in the switching, changing, and maintenance of our tap systems!

What types of decor do you offer to dress up the bars? We have various options of signs and floral arrangements. During your consultation we will discuss your vision and figure out the best selections for your specific event.

What if my event occurs on a holiday? As long as we aren't already booked, we will be there! However, there will be a holiday fee ($450) for any major holidays/weekends.

How far will MR travel to my venue? Anywhere in Middle TN area! We are based in Murfreesboro near the Williamson Co line. There will be a $1/mile fee for any travel beyond 30miles.

What if my event gets cancelled? We understand things happen, and we do offer refunds. Any event that is cancelled before 2 weeks, you will receive the full amount paid; cancellation one week of event, you will receive 50% of the amount paid; any cancellation less than a week of the event will not receive any refund. The nonrefundable deposit is not included in any refunds.

How much alcohol do I need to purchase? There are numerous calculators available online based on your guest count and needs. We will work through exact numbers during your consultation!
